April 3–5: Spring Wine & Dine Weekend
A three-day celebration featuring regional Italian wines paired with a special four-course tasting menu. Live acoustic music each evening.
April 9: Pasta-Making Workshop
Hands-on cooking class led by the head chef. Guests learn to make fresh tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch. Includes dinner and a complimentary glass of prosecco.
April 12: Easter Sunday Brunch
Traditional Italian Easter buffet with lamb, frittata, and sweet breads. Family-friendly activities and a dessert table featuring classic Colomba cake.
April 17: Sicilian Seafood Night
A themed dinner highlighting coastal Sicilian cuisine. Menu includes swordfish involtini, arancini, and cannoli. Optional wine pairing available.
April 19: Jazz & Aperitivo Evening
Live jazz performance with an aperitivo menu of small plates and cocktails. Perfect for a relaxed Sunday evening.
April 23: Chef’s Table Experience
Exclusive five-course dinner with limited seating. Chef presents each course and shares stories behind the dishes and ingredients.
April 26: Family Pizza Night
Interactive evening where guests can create their own pizzas using authentic Italian ingredients. Includes gelato for dessert.
April 30: Venetian Masquerade Dinner
End-of-month celebration inspired by Venice’s Carnevale. Guests are encouraged to wear masks. Features a gourmet menu, live violinist, and sparkling wine toast.
